Very Nicely maintained property. Room cleaning by Senthamarai was great. The property is located at a very prominent location. Food is very good. All staffs are well mannered and are prompt in their response. Would recommend strongly toy friends and relatives

Excellent hotel and food was amazing . Staffs were friendly. Neat and clean room. I got 3rd floor and city view , didn’t expect much about food but all pepper dishes we ordered were amazing . 5 out of 5 stars for this hotel and a must visit one. Thank you .

Very neat and clean hotel with good service. Food was also very good and tasty. It is in the highway and very accessible with good swimming pool and nice view from the room. Children enjoyed the food and the swimming pool. The ambience of the room and the dining area was very nice. All the staffs were very polite and kind.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Bedrooms were spacious and was very comfortable. Washrooms are clean, no complaints. Breakfast buffet is very good. Shivagami (restaurant staff) is very friendly and made sure our experience was satisfactory.

House keeping was good enough, cleaned quick and clean...all staffs also arr very kind and humble with guests...nice experience...direct room booking is little expensive compared to online...better to book rooms at online itself...can have better wifi feature. I was unable to connect with my laptop. Overall good service.

Very good stay for family’s have all the facilities. Easy to access highway. Food is nice but little expensive. Swimming pool is good and clean for kids. Every thing fine but because of minimum 200 characters I’m keep writing or this review js not updated

I recently stayed at Grand Estancia Hotel, and while the property has its positives, my check-in experience left much to be desired. Despite having a prepaid booking, the process was far from smooth. There seemed to be a lack of coordination, as it took longer than expected to verify the reservation. The front desk staff appeared overwhelmed and didn’t seem adequately prepared to handle the situation efficiently. However, once the check-in was sorted, the overall experience improved. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities, reflecting the hotel's reputed standards. The dining options were also commendable, with a variety of dishes that catered to diverse tastes. While the stay had its highlights, the initial experience set the tone on a slightly disappointing note. I hope the management addresses these inefficiencies to ensure a seamless experience for future guests.
